Because every cleanup is unique, this is quoted as a One-Time Project Fee following a diagnostic review of your current QuickBooks file.

Do you handle payroll?

We do not calculate source deductions or issue T4s.

Do you file income taxes?

We prepare your books to be “tax-ready” for your CPA, but we do not file Corporate (T2) or Personal (T1) income tax returns.

What about software subscriptions?

Client is responsible for the monthly cost of QuickBooks Online (though Balancia can facilitate “Wholesale Pricing” discounts).
